Start of planning: office tower in Hamburg
In order to make a former chocolate factory in Hamburg's city center, which has been converted into an office and administration building, fit for the coming decades, IBB's fire protection experts were commissioned to carry out a comprehensive inventory and, based on this, a new fire protection concept for the building.
Planning started at the beginning of October 2023.
